Alpine dairy & more
Closely experience “alpine life”. Get an idea about the life and work on our alp. Our dairy cows are milked twice a day on the alp in the summer months. Cheese, butter, curd and other milk products are made every day from this milk on the alp. Those who taste fresh alpine butter will never want to go without this unique taste experience again.
The cheese made from this milk, too, with a unique taste thanks to countless mountain herbs is distinct. The milk is stirred and cut in hard handiwork and eventually processed into alpine cheese. Part of it gets refined with herbs, pepper, pumpkin seeds or pistachios. The cheese is wiped (cleaned) by hand almost every day during its maturing time.
