Delivery and shipping:

Orders outside the Gastein Valley are placed at the post office on Mondays.

Shipping costs in Austria € 5,90

Shipping costs Germany € 12,90

Other countries on request!

Deliveries in the Gasteinertal are always made on Monday mornings. For orders under € 30.00 we charge € 4.00 delivery costs, from € 30.00 delivery is free of charge!

Orders can be picked up at any time by telephone agreement at the Grußberggut or during the summer months at our stand at the Bad Hofgastein farmers’ market!

Payment :

We enclose an invoice with our bank details with every delivery. We ask you to pay this within 14 days!

Complaints or defects:

If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. We will find a satisfactory solution together!
