In the summer months, our dairy cows are milked twice a day on the alp. This milk is used to make cheese, butter, curd cheese and other dairy products on site every day. Anyone who has ever tasted fresh alpine butter will no longer want to miss this unique taste experience.
The milk cheese, whose taste is made unique by countless mountain herbs, is also unmistakable. The milk is laboriously stirred and cut by hand and finally processed into alpine cheese. Some of it is refined with herbs, pepper, pumpkin seeds or pistachios. During the maturing period of several weeks, the cheese is wiped (cleaned) by hand almost every day
